With 18 years of diverse experience, Kevin’s love for helping people, learning new things, and problem-solving is evident in his work. His experiences and interests give him the unique ability to look at a company from all angles to discover opportunities for improvement. Every day is a chance to make a difference. Kevin earned a business degree from Indiana University Kokomo. He later received a Master of Business Administration from Butler University and became a Certified Public Accountant.

His wife, Dr. Laura Stage, is a local pediatrician and fellow Kokomo area native. Kevin and Laura are committed to using their professions to positively impact lives. With their two sons, Noah and Isaac, Kevin and Laura enjoy travel, share a love for Disney, and view every day as a new opportunity.

Over twenty years in Healthcare management have led to a vast knowledge of processes, people management, organization, and finding efficiencies. Kasey loves to collaborate on best practices. One of her passions is her love for all of Microsoft's products and how they can best serve each organization she works with. She is a proud Women's Business Council member, Kokomo Chamber of Commerce ambassador, and founder of the networking group Gather & Grow. Kasey is also QuickBooks certified as a ProAdvisor and certified in QBO payroll.

 

In her free time, she loves to be creative by making jewelry, shopping, volunteering in the Kokomo community, and spending time with her family and their activities.

Hunter’s unique blend of project management, data management, and bookkeeping ensures that projects are executed flawlessly. For Hunter, working collaboratively with her team to bring creative, individualized solutions for the client is a top priority.

Hunter's life is deeply intertwined with our community outside the office. As the wife of a local pastor and the mother of two sweet boys, she understands the importance of family and community support. The things that fill Hunter’s cup include spending time with her family, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and sharing a good laugh with close friends.

With a cumulative 13 years of experience, Samantha’s journey began as an end user in roles ranging from risk management to COO, giving her a unique perspective. Her extensive expertise in consulting clients on Microsoft Dynamics GP ensures our clients get the best of both worlds: process efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Samantha loves making processes efficient and enabling each team member to play a pivotal role in their organization. When people take ownership, the sky’s the limit!

When she’s not breaking down processes, Samantha’s passion lies in traveling, with Ireland, Scotland, and New Orleans topping her list. She’s also a sports enthusiast and deeply values family time.

With 23 years of diverse professional experience, Amy has seamlessly transitioned through different roles honing her customer service and relationship building skills along the way. Her passion for connecting with people and fostering positive, enjoyable work environments has been a constant throughout her career. Amy is now excited to channel these skills into helping clients keep their financial records organized, ensuring they can focus on the parts of their job they truly enjoy.

When she's not immersed in organizing books and streamlining processes, Amy cherishes her time with her husband, two kids, and two beloved fur babies. Her free time is spent traveling, attending church, savoring coffee on her deck, and watching Hallmark movies. Amy also loves spending quality moments with her family on their property, creating memories that make life even more meaningful.

With nine years in accounting and finance, Kayla believes in collaboration and the growth it brings. She enjoys the opportunity to collaborate with others to achieve a common goal. Witnessing company growth is truly rewarding.

Jill’s heart is with her family, especially her grandkids, making every moment count.

With a strong background working 11 years in the finance department at a credit union, Becky is instrumental in troubleshooting and enhancing processes for clients. She loves problem-solving and helping clients improve their work efficiency.

 

Outside the office, you’ll find Becky reading, hiking, or spending weekends at the lake, eagerly awaiting more adventures as her children grow.

Gary’s vast experience encompasses international banking, finance, and data management. At the core, he’s passionate about helping customers achieve their goals, and he strives to help clients make their jobs easier every day.

Outside of work, Gary is an avid photographer and enjoys old movies, music, theater, spending time with family, and traveling.

Donald is a seasoned professional in manufacturing finance, budgeting, and payroll. He seamlessly supports clients using various accounting software, showcasing his versatility.

He enjoys supporting diverse clients while working remotely with flexible hours.

Beyond work, Donald enjoys tennis, pickleball, travel, and interior design.

Minerva brings precision and efficiency to the Stage Consulting Group team. She appreciates her coworkers and the flexibility of her work. With experience in accounting, auditing, and tax preparation for businesses and individuals, Minerva offers a comprehensive understanding of financial landscapes.
